To Establish & Sustain Original research facilities in India and give opportunities to students from economically weaker section.

Mission

1. To provide free access to higher education to 100 students from economically weaker section in next 10 years. 
2. To establish a state of art institution with best in class research facilities in next 20 years.
3. To enable any potential researcher to continue his/ her research.

Mission 1. Objectives shall be as follows:

a)      Establish a process to identify students from economically weaker section

b)      Ensure the required funds for sponsoring the higher education requirements are raised in time

c)       Ensure the infrastructure required under this mission is acquired and maintained

d)      Ensure the required understanding with relevant institutions and companies are established

e)      Ensure equal opportunities without any discrimination

 Expected Outcome of Mission 1

a)      Smooth selection of beneficiaries from economically weaker section.

b)      100 students graduation/post-graduation is sponsored

c)       Students have better hands on exposure to market challenges after their graduation/post-graduation

d)      Creation of Intellectual Property

e)      Equal opportunity to all (even in pursing the graduation in their own mother-tongue)

f)       Enabling every beneficiary to become economically stronger and help others from economically weaker section

Strategy for executing Mission 1

a)      Documenting the selection process

b)      Finalise the Panel of Interviewers (Aptitude Specialist, Institution Heads, Psychologist, etc)

c)       MoU with the educational institutions

d)      MoU with Corporate and Industries

e)      Ensure a reserve of funds

f)       Finalise the Policies and Procedures

g)      Finalise the project areas & requirements the students can work on

h)      Meeting  ISO and CMM standard requirements

i)        Strong relationship with all stakeholders (Beneficiaries, Institutions, Corporate, Industries, Donors, Govt., etc)

Mission 2 Objectives shall be as follows:

a)      Establish a state of art institution with best in class research facilities.

b)      The institutions shall be accessible to the remotest geography.

c)       Finalising the research areas and the process to add new research areas

d)      Tap the best possible of Intellectual Property

e)      Organisation certified to ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, BS 25999 and CMMi standards

Expected Outcome of Mission 2

a)      Establishing and maintaining 2 to 10 institutions in next 20 years.

b)      Successfully running Institutions in the remotest geography

c)       Rigorous implementation of Policies and procedures

f)       Build long term strategy to make huge overheads profitable.

Mission 3 Objective are as follows:

a)      Enable anybody with capability to research to continue with the research at any point in his life.

b)      Opportunity to all without any discrimination (Not limited to Economically weaker section)
